Our goal at Plata y Murano is to give you a trusted and simple shipping experience. We use Australia Post for shipping all around Australia. To find out more about our shipping procedure, please go over the following details. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia:

● Standard Shipping : $10 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days.

● Express Shipping : $12.00 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 2-4 business days.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and any external factors (such as public holidays).

Order Processing Times.

● All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

● Orders placed after 12 pm (AEST) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Areas
We ship to any place in Australia, even the most remote and rural ones. There can be minor delays if your location is outside of the regular delivery network; we'll let you know if more time is needed.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can track your parcel through the respective carrier's website:

Missed Deliveries
If you are not available at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or arrange a redelivery. Please follow the instructions provided to avoid your parcel being returned to us.

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at:
